As always the service agent was nice. However i was advised that i needed some services. I passed on the services & took the vehicle to an independent mechanic. I was told that the services were not necessary. One suggestion was to change the transmission fluid because it was black & dirty. When checked it was not as described. I have always been satisfied however the last 2 times i have been unsatisfied. The time before this i asked for a tire rotation & it was not done although it was supposed to be included with the oil change.

Was good until I picked up my vehicle and the rearview mirror was hanging off the windshield. When I showed them, they told me that I would have to come back for them to reattach as they didnt have anyone there that could fix it at that time. No worth my time to come back.
I made an appointment for my vehicle's oil change, tire rotation and check-up. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I was pleased with the customer lounge facility at Munday's. I do not post on GOOGLE or FACEBOOK.
