I had been looking to get a truck for about one year, with no luck with AutoNation. My wife heard your commercial on the radio and started calling to find out if commercial was a bait and switch. So glad she did. It was Not a bait and switch. She contacted Brady the salesman and had him contact me. Well, Brady told me that he could get me in the truck I had been looking for at least the price I asked. Just wonderful experience. My family are Chevy people and we will now us Munday Chevy for our next purchases.
Munday Collision center was incredible to work with in a stressful situation. Nobody wants to have to deal with an accident but they were very helpful and accommodating in every aspect. If it happens again I will return, but I’m hoping not to have to take part in this again.
My situation was urgent. I had a faulty oil plug through no fault of Munday and needed a remedy that day so that I could travel out of town the next day and to protect the integrity of my vehicle. My technician - working with the mechanic - was able to replace the oil pan (remedying the problem) within 4 hours. I have always depended on Munday service department and they have never let me down.
My Service advisor was Donovan and while other service advisors seemed uncaring that I had been standing there for a while nobody even bothered to approach me and tell me someone would be with me shortly. When Donovan saw me he stepped right up acknowledge me and stepped right up to helped. Thank you Donavan.
Liz Schmolt did a great job of explaining everything, how the process would work, and setting my expectation on timing. I was notified of additional items (which I could approve on my phone) and the vehicle was ready exactly as Liz said. The technology through use of text/email and approvals via smart phone was awesome, and really made the entire experience smooth and painless. Nice job, and thank you!
