My experience was pleasant, the tech that assisted me was knowledgeable and was able to identify what was wrong with my vehicle in a timely manner. The only draw back from my visit was that most of the staff was not wearing a mask or face covering when interacting with clients. It is clearly posted throughout the facility that they are required for the costumers to wear them, but the majority of the staff members were not adhering to the rule.
